The BoP Innovation Centerâ€™s BoP Innovation Cycle builds on the BoP Protocol 2.0 developed by Stuart Hart, professor at Cornell University and founder of the first BoP Learning Lab and the BoP LL Network. The BoP Innovation Center is a member of this network.
