The BoP Innovation Center (BoPInc) enables organizations to develop new business models that include the the base of the pyramid. We do this by developing sustainable innovations in all areas of the supply chain, from sourcing and production to new products and services. We capture and share learnings and work to improve the enabling environment. Creating shared value results in a win-win-win situation, wherein organizations and consumers all benefit.
We explore the potential of these markets and create innovative business propositions through partnerships with leading companies, and societal stakeholders.
