Looking back at the Implementing Inclusive Innovations event

About one hunderd professionals from companies, NGOs, government and knowledge institutes gathered in the RAI Amsterdam on November 29 to discuss the topic of inclusive innovation. The event was based on learnings and experiences from the Three Pilot for Pro-Poor Innovation (3P4PPI) program. The program consists of three seperate pilots. A medical testkit to check for substandard drugs in Kenya, a biogas socket to produce electricity from biogas digesters in Rwanda and Bangladesh, and cold storage storage solutions for fresh produce farmers in Vietnam and Ethiopia. The insights and lessons learned from these pilots were shared and discussed in two rounds of three workshops. 

From March 12th till March 30th an event will be organised by one of our partners Wageningen UR Centre for Develeopment Innovation.

 

To provide food security, public health and economic development it is essential that there's enough quality, safe food. It's necessary for the people, because the illnesses and deaths can be decreased by then. 

On February the 28th, the ViaMedia Health Colloquium's international symposium takes place.
