SNV

SNV is a non-profit and international development organisation comprised of 900 advisors active in 35 countries. The goal of SNV is to alleviate poverty by enabling those on the lowest incomes to be part of social and economic networks and so increase their income and employment opportunities: this is accomplished through focusing on economic and private sector development and improving people's access to basic services. This is accomplished through strengthening local organisations and facilitating links between local and national organisations.

 

RSM ICCL

ICCL provides organizations with the best available knowledge, skills, and tools from leading business schools, and boosts their innovative power. Since 2009, ICCL has established a new research programme which offers an innovative approach to development with a specific focus on business model innovation at the base of the pyramid (BoP).

ICCO is an inter-church organisation for development cooperation active in 53 countries. Giving global financial support and advice to local organisations and networks, the end goal of ICCO is to improve living conditions for people through facilitating better access to basic amenities, initiating sustainable economical development and enhancing peace and democracy. ICCO works closely with enterprising people in the Netherlands and in developing countries, as well as with development organisations, educational organisations and businesses.

 

TNO

Logo_TNOThe Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) a unique centre of innovation where "technology meets the market". Created in 1932, TNO is an independent, not for profit organization contributing to the BoP Inc via its programme "Innovation for Development (I4D)". Through high level expertise on technical and social innovations, the I4D programme develop demand driven products and services that match with the purchasing power of people with lowest incomes in developing and emerging markets. In co-creation with partners and stakeholders it launches market based and community based innovations to reach sustainable socio-economic impact.

 

Global Compact Network Netherlands

Logo_globalcompactThe Netherlands Network of the UN Global Compact (GC NL) is an initiative of Dutch business leaders. Led and driven by signatory companies, GC NL is guided in its efforts by the ten Global Compact principles and by the Millennium Development Goals. The goal is to achieve a significant step forward in attaining sustainable development. GC NL looks primarily at international sustainable development and CSR programs: it wants to translate the GC Principles and the MDG's into projects and programs of benefit to developing countries.

 

 

GAIN

Logo_GAINThe Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is an alliance driven by the vision of a world without malnutrition. GAIN supports public-private partnerships to increase access to the missing nutrients in diets necessary for people, communities and economies to be stronger and healthier. GAIN has been able to scale its operations by investing in and working alongside more than 600 companies across 36 large-scale collaborations in more than 25 countries, reaching close to 400 million people with nutritionally enhanced food products. GAIN’s goal is to reach more than one billion people with fortified foods that have sustainable nutritional impact.

 

Aqua for All

Logo_aqua4allAqua for All is a foundation dedicated to the poorest people in the world. Its goal is to sustainably increase the number of people with access to clean water and adequate sanitation. Aqua for All connects public and private organizations in order to mobilize resources, expertise and financing from the Dutch water sector for development projects focused on water and sanitation. Through its established reputation and network, Aqua for All is able to channel knowledge and resources toward making real progress on MDG 7.
